Who I Am

Over ten years of experience in technical support, software development, and software quality assurance.


In the area of technical support, some of my key tasks have been the configuration of desktop and portables computers, peripheral equipment and software, and keeping up to date the inventory of hardware and software.


Whereas as software developer, I have contributed to high quality products through effective unit, integration and regression testing. Moreover, my interpersonal skills have enabled me to easily integrate with colleagues and customers in all the projects and tasks where I have been involved.


I consider myself dynamic, dedicated, detail oriented, and self-directed, and in terms of language skills, I am competent in English, French and Spanish.

Plus de dix années d'expérience dans le support technique, le développement de logiciels, et l'assurance de la qualité des logiciels.


Dans le domaine de l'assistance technique, certains de mes principales tâches étaient: la configuration de PCs et ordinateurs portables, périphériques et de logiciels, et mettre à jour l'inventaire des matériels et logiciels.


Considérant que, en tant que développeur de logiciels, j'ai contribué à des produits de haute qualité à travers l'unité efficace, l'intégration et les tests de régression. De plus, mes compétences interpersonnelles m'ont permis d'intégrer facilement avec des collègues et des clients dans tous les projets et les tâches auxquelles j'ai participé.


Je considère dynamique, dédiée, le souci du détail et de l'auto-dirigé, et en termes de compétences linguistiques, je suis compétent en anglais, français et espagnol.

Más de diez años de experiencia en soporte técnico, desarrollo de software y aseguramiento de la calidad del software.


En el área de soporte técnico, algunas de mis tareas principales han sido: la configuración de las computadoras de escritorio y portátiles, equipos periféricos y programas informáticos, asi como mantener al día el inventario de hardware y software.


Mientras que como desarrollador de software, he contribuido a productos de alta calidad a través de la integración y pruebas de regresión. Por otra parte, mis habilidades interpersonales me han permitido integrar fácilmente con colegas y clientes en todos los proyectos y tareas en las que he participado.


Me considero dinámico, dedicado, orientado al detalle, y auto-dirigido, y en términos de conocimientos de idiomas, soy competente en Inglés, Francés y Español.

• Provide direct assistance to end users on desktop systems (MacIntosh/Windows), web applications and any other systems developed or maintained by CDA.
• Receive, prepare, and schedule the deployment of new computer and peripheral acquisitions to end-users.
• Ensure data security integrity by securely wiping user data from systems before end of life disposal or recycling.
• Work closely with IITS (Systems Analysts and Programmers) to resolve technical issues.
